Saudi Contractors Authority

The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) is an independent regulatory body established by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (510) dated 23/11/1436H (2015G) to regulate and develop the contracting sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Authority aims to create a safe environment for national and foreign contractors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and enhance the competitiveness of the Saudi contracting sector in the global market.

The objective of this forum is to facilitate broad interaction between the public and private sectors in order to support the development of the contracting sector. It also provides a platform for entrepreneurs from government agencies and the private sector to present their upcoming projects to contractors and other stakeholders who are interested in the contracting industry. This creates opportunities for collaboration, discussion and mutual growth within the sector.
